My Family : My support system is over the top! I have two amazing parents that have been married for 22 years and have helped me to become the person I am today. They know all of my successes and struggles, and are always there to hold out their arms for their little girl. Being away at college gives me a whole perspective about my parents.
Like two peas in a pod, God blessed my parents with two children; my older brother and I.Words can't explain how proud I am of him and all he is going to achieve in life!
My Faith : I am a Christian and strive each and everyday to grow in my faith. I am truly blessed with a loving family, supportive friends, and good health. What more could a girl ask for?! I owe it all to the God! After starting college, I also became a member of Sigma Phi Lambda, a christian sorority. This amazing group of women
has helped bring my relationship with God to a whole new level! I continue to learn more and more on my journey with Christ and I enjoy sharing these experiences as well!

The things I enjoy: My love for Coffee is usually a well known fact of many who have known me for a while, or even just a few weeks! I'm not quite sure when this came about, but my adoration for this wonderful drink has turned into quite an art. How can you possibly write a blog about coffee you may ask? Simply because coffee is stuck right dab in the middle of my adventurous life! Cheers to a little coffee with my cream !
I absolutely love baking and cooking anything that my heart desires(especially ideas from Pinterest!) College is known for it's amount of stress, but baking seems to have a way with making those "4 nights in a row of little to no sleep to study for an exam weeks" all worth it in the end! Except for the fact that living in a dorm means sharing a itty bitty kitchen.. but better than nothing at all!
After a few months of debating, I finally decided to start a blog! I plan on writing about well.. just like my title suggests; my journey with Christ, my brand new experiences, good and bad, in college, and the simple things in life that I love, like coffee ! Thanks for reading and don't be afraid to leave comments!
